If you're the type of person who enjoys stepping out the the typical tourist traps and wants a home away from home where you can live more like a local, this is for you. So close to many things, you don't have to go far to feel right at home in Phuket.
It is important that you understand that Phuket is a large Island so to see the 'best of it from this location' it's 100% best to own transport. So we highly recommend hiring a small automatic motorbike, or a car to get around. (Just let us know and we can provide) using taxis will prove expensive.
All Phuket's famous beaches are easy to get to but will require approx a 20+ min journey.
There public transport on Phuket is still not the best but there are bus stops nearby that sends you to Patong beach as well as the airport and other areas which can be really convenient and cheap!
There are some excellent tourist attractions in Phuket Town that are often neglected by tourists, including the Sunday walking market in old town, the weekend market, and exploring some of the amazing food options in Phuket proper. Phuket town is home to authentic southern Thai food, and some excellent western restaurants without the pricey tourist-trap feel of the beach areas.

EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECKOUT ARE SUBJECT TO ROOM AVAILABILITY. It is impossible to allow early access to the place if another guest was staying in the condo the night before.
If a potential guest wants guaranteed access to the room earlier than the 5:00 pm check in or check out later than 10am they will have to book the night before they arrive or book a night after your departure. Despite the fact that the calendar might show a vacancy the night before you arrive, this could change at any time.
If you are making two separate bookings at the property on one trip, we don't have the ability to store your stuff in the room during your absence. This would clearly impede our ability to rent it out in your absence.

Neighborhood overviewSituated in Ratsada on the prime road of Phuket Town.
This is primarily a residential area so you will get a feel of real Thai people living their daily lives. So of course as Thai people love their food there are many choices for restaurants, street food as well as local market for groceries.
A short drive and you are in the centre of Phuket Town, where you can find plenty coffee shops, bars, nightlife.
Head to trendy Phuket Old Town for an amazing atmosphere, and cool architecture.
Getting aroundAs previously mentioned you 100% will need transport to explore the island. Bike/Car Rent recommended.
Nearest Public Transport, buses, taxis and motorbike taxis that can be found close by as well as thai buses (songthaew) which can also be caught at nearby bus stops as a cheap alternative to destinations such as Patong etc.
The grab app is probably the most convenient way to get transport if you choose not to hire transport. (they deliver food too which is fab)
