- No Extra Guests or Visitors That Have Not Been Listed In Your Booking or approved by your hosts.
- This is a tropical climate so pests can soon appear, so please do not leave food out that will attract insects etc..
- IMPORTANT
- There will be additional fees if house rules are broken 5000thb per day smoking fee, 2000thb Late Check Out Fee, 2000thb Lost Keys/Cards/Gate Remote, Any Other Breaking Of House/Community Rules That Result In Unnecessary Costs To The Host or Delay To Future Bookings. - Check Out Time Before 12 Noon
- Please note, that the cleaning fee is for cleaning the apartment after your check out only (please refer to Airbnb explanation of the cleaning fee). It doesn't mean daily cleaning.
Please note that the apartment is equipped with washing machine, mechanical mop and all other required inventory to keep the place clean.
- For stays 1-27 days we are happy to cover your electricity and water bills at our expense, but we kindly ask you to consume mindfully.
- If you are staying over 28 days and over we will charge electricity EXTRA at 6 baht per unit. We will take a meter reading on arrival and again at check out. So again be mindful of your electricity usage. A 10,000 baht deposit will be required and the electricity costs will be deducted from this.
- As a recurring problem it seems that white towels are often stained due to make-up, sun cream, incorrect washing or other reasons, we have now had no choice but to charge extra for any stained towels which can not be cleaned. Each towel will be charged to the customer at 300 Thai baht. Also if washing the towels do not mix the white towels, with colours.
